Agent Assist is a hybrid service that combines full MLS listing exposure with hands-on broker coaching. Unlike our Flat Fee MLS tier (DIY), Agent Assist gives you expert guidance on pricing strategy, offer review, and transaction navigation — while you stay in control of showings and negotiations. Starting at $499 upfront plus a $700 coaching fee at closing, it's ideal for sellers who want professional support without paying a traditional 5–6% listing commission. We are direct members of Oregon’s regional MLS systems (RMLS, WVMLS, Central Oregon MLS, Southern Oregon MLS, Klamath County MLS (KCMLS), and Oregon Coast MLS).

Yes. If you start with Agent Assist and decide you want more hands-on help, you can upgrade to Discount Full Service at any time. You'll only pay the difference.
Do I still get full MLS exposure?
Absolutely. Your listing appears on the same MLS and syndicates to the same 500+ websites as our other packages. The only difference is the level of broker support you receive.
